Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Window
We understand that plans can change. However, as our food is prepared fresh to order using premium ingredients, we have established the following cancellation windows:
- Bulk Party Packs (8+ Servings): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery time to be eligible for a refund.
- Individual Pre-Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Refund Process
If a cancellation is made within the valid window, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For cancellations made outside the standard window, refunds are generally not provided as preparation and ingredient sourcing may have already commenced. However, partial credits may be offered at the sole discretion of the outlet management.
